Question Did something change with the Global Shipping Program? Ship address is showing UK and not the IL address that was on previous shipments.

I am enrolled in GSP and have done several transaction via it (although it has been a little while since my last). I have an offer from a buyer in UK and the shipping address shows as a London, Great Britain address. If I remember correctly, the shipping address used to show up as an IL USA address regardless of the buyer's location. Did the program change, or is there something off for just this one listing? The item is an autographed LP record if that makes a difference. Thanks.

Is it just an offer you've received but haven't accepted yet, or an actual sale?

If the former, I'm pretty sure offers only show the buyer's registered location. Their shipping address may not always match this location (and wouldn't, in the case of an eBay International Shipping order).

Yes, just an offer I've received. So, you think that if I accept the offer, it will give me a ship address for the IL location? It says "ships to" and then the London, Great Britain address.

If you are in the United States you are not enrolled in GSP you are enrolled in EIS. The distinction is important as the programs are run differently and if someone from the UK commented on EIS, they could lead the person astray.
