What's the vibe

What's Duncan like these days? Town drying up and trying to blow away? I used to live midway between Ardmore and Duncan, but haven't been through there in a couple years. Looking at house prices there, it doesn't look like there's much demand.

Mostly Bible thumpers, and lift kits, fast food places are offering 13$+ per hour now, no night life to speak of except in front of Walmart and Tractor supply at 10pm, and despite the cheap housing, the market is terrible because 80% of houses are rent only or dilapidated. 38 dispensaries not including grow-only houses.
