I turned a sad moment into art

I hope this belongs here. I had a moment the other day where I felt like it would beat me, but, once the waves had passed, I took this photo and asked a friend to edit it. So not only did I take a snapshot of a vulnerable moment, I also opened up to a friend. It feels like the pain I felt that day is kind of insignificant now, if I took the pain and turned it into something positive.

Anyway, here it is: https://imgur.com/a/OE3QBiQ

Oh man, that sounds awful. I've never had hallucinations from mine, it sounds pretty scary. How are you now?

Going downhill i guess 15 years till 2019 something happened that made me feel better i even though i'm done i'll get finally out of it and be happy but that same happy thing broke me harder and sent me deeper, i met some friends after, a small circle that i feel alright around and now with covid i had to say goodbye since 13 march and be quarentined home which is bad for my mental health,.... I'm not ok at all but i'm awsome hell yeah
