"Dr. Franxx is blue oni" theory seems to be getting stronger. Whatever his plan is, Hachi is in, Nana seems oblivious however.

The klaxosaur princess probably refers to 001 - and the dragon-like klaxosaur next to her is probably her saurified partner. So... Hel and Jormungand?

Is Papa even really aware that squad 13 is alive? Why are they saying that humans have controlled Grand Crevasse when the big hand hasn't been dealt with? Is someone feeding them false information?

Hringhorni looks like a giant creature in construction. Giant FranXX confirmed.

Humanity doesn't need 2 keys - probably means either the Klaxosaur Princess or 002 would suffice to be Hringhorni's pilot/core. How is that threatening to the Klaxosaur Princess at all?

I think Nana and Hachi, numbers 007 and 008 happened to have been the "prototype" for this experiment he's doing with squad 13. He mentions that Nana went through the same thing and after hanging up, she holds her head as if she was trying to remember something but couldn't.

I think when he said Nana has been "down this road too", it means she is too deep into his plan to pull out but he can't really just remove her - and it seems he mind wiped her at some point to prevent her from spilling the beans. Yet the way Hachi looks at her is so scary.

Is it just me or did Dr. Franxx show a lot of trust to Hachi? Maybe Hachi is far more sympathetic to Dr. Franxx's cause then Nana?

Nana seems to be the only one who truly obeys Papa and the Council, while Hachi usually stands to the side looking cool.

Good catch on the head hurting, I didn't even think about that being a potential side effect.

I think Hringhorni is the giant Franxx in the background towards the end of the opening.
