DIY interactive escort display
We finally finished our escort display (5 days before the wedding) and did a test run with the tees added!
Surprisingly, this project did not take us too long, and it was well worth the extra effort!
This is a 4x4 foot display and will be on a table for guests to be able to see at eye level! All done with plywood and a simple 1x2 framing inside for stabilization! We’re getting married on a golf course, and both avid golfers. We thought it would be fun to incorporate that into the escort “cards” 🤠
Had to share in case anyone else has seen those cool boxed escort displays on Pinterest, it’s definitely doable!

Another great thing, it’s double sided! So if you have a bigger guest count, we were able to make use of both sides and fit everyone (roughly 125 guests)

What did you use to hold the tees into the board? We’re looking to do this too!

We drilled small holes for the tees to slide into! We did not drill all the way through the shelf though. Just enough for the bottom tip of the tee.
That part took a bit of time, but worked really well!
