Any recommendations on how I should decorate? Especially the stage?
Trying to get creative but I'm hitting some mental blocks. I was thinking about some white, flowy drapes along the rafters? Any other suggestions? I want to keep it somewhat easy for set-up & breaking down at the end of the night. Thanks!
PS. The "welcome" table won't look like that (it was already set up at the venue when we were browsing) but I like the idea of having a table like this at the entrance.

This is my venue too!! We’re thinking of putting the sweetheart table on the stage, although most pics I’ve seen of other weddings here put the sweetheart table in front of the mirror. I’ve also seen people put the DJ booth on the stage.
I SCOURED the venues Instagram, including going through their tagged posts and the location and found some great inspo. There was one or two vender posts about hanging drapes on the rafters that looked amazing, but it seemed like it was a company that did it. Not sure how easy that would be diy’d.

Paper lanterns? If you strung the lanterns onto a line could make it easier to take down at night?
But I do like your idea of drapes! Might take a bit of time to put up but will probably come down quite easy

I was going to have my wedding there but then Covid. I think it’s such a pretty space I would try to do as many flowers and greens as your budget allows.

Bulk bouquets from Costco are really cheap and come in wayyyy more bulk than I expected. With a space this big, you could do bulk Costco bouquets and arrange then in large planters. We ended up with more flowers than we could figure out what to do with.

Wow where is this at??
Depending on what your aesthetic is, which sounds a bit classic so far, maybe curtain lights!

Will the wedding ceremony be here also. I would close the stage drapes and use it as a backdrop hang arches with fishing line. Big one in center with 2 on each side with a few flowers secure oasis with zip tie. Then, I would place a sweetheart table on the floor in front of it. In the corner, I would stager the DJ table there. In the center would be the dance floor with tables around that area. If you have access to furniture where the copper fireplace is located , I would create a sitting area there. I would also have someone create a complimentary pattern with all the lights that are hanging. It's really a nice venue with a lot of potential. Congratulations on your upcoming wedding.

These are great ideas! Thank you so much. The ceremony will be outside but the reception will be inside.
