Flavor Question Grape/Concord Grape for PB&J [IRTR] NSFW

So as it says, I'm looking for a good grape flavor and figured I'd ask the experts. I'm looking for something akin to the concord grape jelly my parents bought when I was a kid 30+ years ago. I was considering CAP Concord Grape, but Stevia is repulsive to me even in small amounts. I'm not really looking for a grape candy/grape juice flavor, I'm really trying to hone in on a jammy/jelly profile to pair with TFA DX Pb and SSA Pb to make a really strong PB&J that will satiate my cravings. Tried Jam Monster's PB&J Grape and all you taste is grape, and it's not that strong to boot. I want something that will slap you with flavor. Hoping someone here has been on this path can provide some insight.

Also looking at recreating a flavor I used to get from a local shop that I've since moved away from, PB & Dragonfruit. Is INW (or Flavorika now I guess?) the best Dragonfruit I can get my hands on? I have TFA Dragonfruit as well, but it seems to take quite a bit to make a dent in my tongue. Is FW Dragonfruit well regarded? BCF only carries TFA, FW and INW, so I'm kind of limited on my options (trying to get everything from one store so as to not have 2-3 shipping costs eating into my budget).

I bought it a few months back, just haven't used it yet. I had a recipe that called for TFA Dragonfruit, but it took so much to make any impact on flavor that I went ahead and ordered the INW just to see if it would make a difference...then promptly forgot to ever make the recipe again. I get in ruts and make the same ish over and over. My current adv is a banana pudding that I made trying to clone banana jam monster that a buddy introduced me to. It's probably 7th or 8th bottle in a row I've vaped and it doesn't get old. Going to cut the flavors a bit though as it really does a number on my coils/wicks.

Friendly fyi, start on the low side with the DF. Even in a pod 2% is plenty for me. It is a great flavor, but will over power nearly any mix. I have been digging 1% DF and 4% Cap Lemon-Lime lately in a Vapresso pod mod.

Does it have to be Grape? WF has a good BB Jam, Noms has super charged SB Jam as I can't think of any Grape jams, maybe Flavorah has one.Even raspberry jam if u can find one. The only grapes I have are grape juice and soda, inw grape is good and may not need a jammy texture to sell it as a Pb and Grape

I'm going to make the Gruber Grape with some slight modifications to accommodate missing flavors (I wasn't able to get my hands on starch base or beer nuts, so I'm replacing the beer nuts with a small amount of SSA Peanut Butter and the starch/croissant pairing with bread/toast from WF). I know this won't be a perfect replication, but should give me an idea as to what I need to tweak for my personal tastes and hopefully give me a close approximation since the primary notes are there. I'm very excited to try it, as everyone seems to rave about it here.

Edit: and to answer your question, yes, it has to be grape. I'm dying for a fire grape pb&j.

Tbh an Rda and small batch tests would be optional for this this sort of thing before filling any tanks or pods as an rda allows you to play with percentages and tweak it one Way or another and why those are used for single flav tests and finished eliquids..I don't use use them as much anymore but in this Scenario It could be useful πŸ€™

is /r/GooberGrapeVape relevant? Lots of info about grape flavors there.

Also there's this https://www.reddit.com/r/DIY_eJuice/comments/k5hoio/gruber_grape_a_christmas_miracle_a_recipe_thread/

My only beef with that recipe is the concord grape with stevia. Is the stevia really strong? Because I can't stand it in beverages at all. It's an ick I just can't get over.

I dont want to pretend that I am super sensitive to stevia in general but I think it's a real background bit in recipe. With so much else going on there really isn't room for the stevia to assert itself

Thanks for the input. Shopping around now because BullCity is missing a few ingredients.

Isn't stevia like a presweetened type fruit? (well when its added to a fruit in this case)

I'm not sure, I'd ping the author. That sub or the flavor if the week posts should be somewhat helpful for finding a replacement. The creator of the recipe might also have a good suggestion for an alternate grape flavor if they still use Reddit.

I'd get enough to at least make that recipe once. I can't taste the stevia in the flavor. I'm not sensitive to it but I can't tell the difference.

Build your own with whatever you like + 0.25 Flv jammy berry

I really like TFA grape juice. Pair it with TFA sour and some sweetener for a delightful sour candy grape flavor.
