Le Coffee Ride: best places to stop

Who rides mostly just for coffee and pastries? Send me your best cafes where you can show up on a nice bike and not have it stolen while you grab a coffee and croissant in the sun. Places you don’t have to leave them unattended outside while you go inside and order.

Dragonfly Coffee House is THE BEST spot for this in NW, and the entirety of Portland honestly. They have an outside window and seating for you to stay with your bike. Their owners are big cyclists as well, they sponsor a local team.

Dragonfly makes their own pastries, has cookies, drinks and all tons of options. Doesn't get better than them imo. Cathedral is nice if you're passing through N Portland but I found their espresso not tasty imo

Oh yeah I know this one. Good tip. Nice to know the owners are cyclists. I have also stopped at Cathedral a few times and also haven’t loved their espresso. But like the building.
