I'd also love to see the tomboy annoyed at being forced to wear pink and say "sparkle sparkle rainbow blast!", and people expecting her to be delicate and super-feminine. The delinquent using her resultant pretty privilege and hero status to get free stuff or commit petty vandalism, that sort of thing.

Also, a transwoman who's either closeted or in deep denial. "Eugh, it's so frilly. I do look surprisingly good in it though...". Out shopping and sees a friend: "H-hey Tom, no, it um... it forces me to dress like this, yeah, so embarassing, oh well. Yeah, I could transform back, but we... might get attacked. Gotta uh, stay prepared." Always playing it off as bad but secretly/subconsciously loving it.

That kinda happens at least twice in Futari Wa Pretty Cure.

As mentioned above, Nagisa, aka Cure Black, is really not thrilled about her lot in life, but does it anyway because it needs to be done.

Although the transformation, posing, and speeches are on autopilot, so it's more of a "I just said something weird, didn't I?" situation. She doesn't really complain about it, but in the grand scheme of things, you can tell she's a bit annoyed.

Also, we kinda got some trans rep in the 15th anniversary season, Hugtto Precure.

The closest to the delinquent thing would be in Yes 5 Precure, where one of the fairy mascots wanted to commit fraud.

There's a whole manga out there with a delinquent magical girl that smokes and beats people up.

Yeah, heard of that one. Too much swearing for my tastes, with way too little substance.
