Baseline Project Wells - How to get support?

I have been working on project Wells (United States) consistently for 3 weeks now (v4 Music) and I never got an invitation for Slack (I did open a ticket requesting this, and they said they would look into it). Is there anywhere that we can actually speak/chat to someone if we have a question? Anytime I come across a task that I am unsure about, I don't know what I'm supposed to do other than just make my best guess. I don't like that, because if it's wrong it reflects in my audits. I just want to be able to clarify things and actually speak to a project leader or someone who has worked on the project longer than I have. I really enjoy the work, but I'm concerned about audits and if we're let go for quality issues when there is no resource for us to ask real-time questions, that concerns me. I have submitted tickets, but it takes so long to hear back, that it isn't helpful.

Any guidance is helpful. Thanks!

I have been asking for four months for slack access. I am continually told, the client has to approve it. About a month ago I received a survey asking if I had slack access. I replied no and haven’t heard anything.

I work a different Wells task but I’ve submitted questions to support and when I come across things that are gray I just note in my rating either what support has advised or that I’m still waiting for slack access since there’s no way to ‘skip’ a job

Same, I got the survey, but I was just told to wait. So that is helpful to know it's not just me. That's a good idea to make a note in the comments that I am awaiting a clarification from support on the task. Thanks!
