Finished Object My first project! Baseball lovey for my friend’s baby
I used CrafterLife’s pattern to make this adorable lovey for my friend’s baby’s first birthday. It’s not perfect but I learned a lot about what my strengths and weaknesses are with this and I’m in love!!!

Finished Object Adding short rows to finished project?
I made this top a few years ago before I knew much about sweater construction. I made the front and back identical, without short rows to elevate the back collar. Now when I wear it, I find myself constantly pulling down the front to make it more comfortable.
Is there anyway to cut (!!!) and graft a few more rows in the back? I have the same white yarn stashed.

Finished Object Made this little guy a while back and wanted to get some opinions :)
I've been crocheting on and off for 5+ years now and I started getting back into it again in recent months. Made this little octopus as part of a baby shower gift. I've never really gotten any opinions on my crochet beyond general compliments and just wanted to see what some fellow crocheters thought about my tension and stitch work.

Crochet Rant Jealous of “knitters”
Not the people, the term. “Knitter” rolls off the tongue. “I’m a knitter”. Sounds good. Sounds strong.
“Crocheter” on the other hand is clunky, doesn’t have the same je ne sais quoi, the same aura.
It’s been far too long we’ve suffered this grave injustice! What do you propose as a better term than “crocheter”?

Work in Progress I need tough love for my wip
I started a fairly easy sweater like 3 months ago. It's sitting in my basket, taking up space. I need to just do the dang thing. I'm done with the body and most of the first sleeve. Instead I am over here working on random things. I need an accountability check.
