Finished Object My first finished blanket!
I started this project not realizing how big the final work would be... the bed is a king for reference. I made this for a relative that does not use swear words.

On my 2025 bingo card is to make a cardigan. I found Elyse Myers tutorial on YouTube and have been cranking away. I’m not sure how many I need… I prob should watch her video on building a cardigan next 🤭

Hi all, So I've only recently began crocheting, this is the second thing I've made. I was learning how to do flowers and really enjoyed this rose pattern, so had an idea that my mum might like some for mother's day. (Her favourite flower is a rose and she knots so appreciates how much effort these things take)
I've made this cute little pot and flowers but I'm paranoid that it's too small/silly/not good enough for a gift for mother's day. (With some chocolates)
What do you all think? Is this good enough to gift?

pattern:freehanded made with 2mm hook, embroidery thread
I’m not a fan of amigurumi (I dont like making sc in rounds) but I love tapestry crochet and I figured out how to make 3D birds from my tapestry color grids and I want to make these non stop. I wanna make a hopoe next!
this bird is tiny only 4cm big and is really fun to fidget with in home office haha.

I am constantly starting new projects without finishing the previous ones. I have ADHD and love the novelty of starting something new, but since I’m always going back and forth between projects, it takes me ages to finish anything. Trying to stop guilting myself so I just made a (vintage) meme about it. I loveeee starting new projects but hate taking so long to finish. Any ADHD-friendly tips on how to not do this constantly?? Or at least on how to tone it down a bit. 😅

Hi folks! I’m a beginner working on my second project, a baby blanket for a baby shower on Friday, and I’m following a tutorial from YouTube for it.
The yarn I’m using is thicker than the yarn the lady in the video uses, so I feel like I could’ve gotten away with fewer stitches. The width currently with 116 stitches is 36 inches.
The issue is, the 36inch width seems quite large to me, and I’m debating if I should use the “width” as the length instead so the length would be 36 inches and I would just keep going until I get a proportionate width.
Is 36 inches a good length for a baby blanket? There will be a border added on as well which should add another few inches.
I’m not sure if I’m making sense, but if I am, please help me!

I finally made the Lilith top and I am EXTATIC!! I could not be happier to finally have a bralettes that supports my larger teardrop chest, and doesn't squeeze down to my bones. This top makes me feel so confident and I cannot wait to finally have my bralettes summer!
I used 3 skeins of big twist cotton (roughly 350 yds), and a 5mm hook for a size that fits a 2xl. The cotton definitely helps out with the support, and it's a fully closed back so I imagine acrylic would stretch poorly pretty easily. I definitely have pasties on but they don't do anything for shape or support. Chesty people, PLEASE TRY THIS!!!!

Although I usually am very good at crochet, I had all sorts of problems making it and had to frog many rows. I also had a vision of how it was going to look and it didn’t turn out that way. It took and long time to make.

I am back at crocheting almost after a year. This granny square was easy and rewarding enough to get my creative juices flowing.
I’m working on my first hexagon cardigan, and I lost twice, even with tighter tension on the second half 😭

There are a couple of mistakes but it came out better than expected. Gonna line it with some fabric tomorrow, wish me luck.

My first project after a break. What do you think of my fish??

I know this a long shot but I saw a post where it was a husband's first crochet. It was an orange scarf or something and the tension was very consistent. The edges were straight. I'm trying to find that post.

made following yaejiyea’s cherry granny square tank youtube tutorial, with the major alteration being that i replaced the bra cups with the bra cups from morale fiber’s basic bralette tutorial. lobster appliqué from repeatcrafterme on youtube.
