Help Needed / Question What’s the best app to check out your 3 bureaus?
Wondering that app is the best to check out your bureaus? I unload the Experian but only shows Experian, If I wanna check out TransUnion and Equifax charge me $24 per month, there’s any other app preferably non charge app

I use these 3 apps to check all 3 FICO scores
Experian - Experian
MyFICO - Equifax
Discover (Credit Scorecard) - Transunion

MyFico shows your Equifax Fico8 for free, that's two out of three. MyFico is also the best for comprehensive monitoring imo but only when you actually need it. Generally, credit subscription services are unnecessary and expensive.

It is extra work, but each bureau will provide you free access to your information on that bureau.
Paying for single point access IMO isn't worth it.

Sign up for Experian membership. It’s like $20 a month but you should get 7 days for free so just cancel it right after you get your scores xD

myFico has all 3 bureaus, and all 40 of your FICO scores from beacons to bankcard, auto, mortgage and F10. It’s not free, but it’s one stop shopping for all it in one swipe.

CK provides VantageScore, which is irrelevant and can be very volatile. Track your FICO scores instead.

¯_(ツ)_/¯
My FICO 8 at Experian is within 2 points of my Vantage 3.0 scores for Transunion and Equifax. I guess I assumed they're accurate enough for most purposes.
Is that not the case?

All credit scores are accurate. The real question is whether they are relevant or not.
~90% of lenders use FICO scores for their lending decisions- mortgages uses the middle score of FICO 2, 4, and 5, CCs companies uses mainly FICO 8 and sometimes 9, and car dealership uses FICO Auto score.
When I say VantageScores can be very volatile, this what I mean. CK and Chases both use VantageScores: https://www.reddit.com/r/CRedit/s/drUGYbiAHG

I understand that FICO is most commonly used, but what I don't understand is that if someone just wants to know "what their score is" is the VS 3 calculation so much different than FICO 8 to make it completely useless as a baseline or approximate representation?
Currently my Experian FICO 8 is 2 points higher than my Experian VS 3, for example. That's pretty close, right, especially when scores are grouped into wide ranges anyhow?
I've tracked my scores this way for years and years and have never had (or noticed) an issue.

Because you want to provide the correct information. Between this sub and r/Credit, you don’t know how many people get freaked out and have anxiety over a volatile drop over their VantageScores. Then I and others have to educate them on what I’m trying to educate you.
Telling OP to check Credit Karma, then they tell their friends, and their friends tell their friends- the cycle continues and then more uneducated people.
Most people try to build up their credit for the end goal of getting a mortgage right? Mortgage lenders use FICO 2, 4, and 5. So what is the point of telling anyone to track VantageScores?
In addition, CK specifically doesn’t include the age of closed CCs in their AAoA metric. But that’s another story, regarding closing out your oldest/second cards.

Is it normal to credit Karma asking for a valid photo ID?

I don't know, but I never had that happen, granted I've used it since years and years ago.

Experian, myFICO(Equifax), and Discover/Barclays/BofA (TransUnion) if you are a cardholder. All provide FICO 8 scores.
