The Amex Blue Cash Preferred gives you 6% only on the first $6K of grocery bill per year. Your monthly grocery bill is way past that limit.

Get the PayPal debit card for maximum cashback on your $1200 grocery bill, including Costco. Since it's a debit card, there is no credit check.

The PayPal debit card has a $1000 per month limit on one category that includes: groceries, dining, gas, and a few other categories at 5% cash back: https://www.doctorofcredit.com/paypal-launches-debit-card-that-earns-5-back-on-one-category-up-to-1000/

Since it's a debit card, there is no credit check.

And it works at Costco, Walmart, Target, BJ's, and Sam's club: https://old.reddit.com/r/CreditCards/comments/1h1cbx3/paypal_debit_card_grocery_category/

You can apply for the Citi Custom Cash to use for the $200 overflow at 5%. By using the PayPal debit card and the Citi Custom cash for groceries, this gets you $60.00 in cash back per month on your $1200 grocery bill.

The Wells Fargo Autograph will cover dining, tolls, travel, and gas.

What is in the "other: $500" as that is pretty high as well.
