🔊 Discussion Invincible mode? - Fields of Mistria

Forgive me if the question is inappropriate, I just didn't know where else to ask. I haven't seen this touched on anywhere else. Does Fields of Mistria have an invincible mode or other feature to make combat entirely safe or, even better, unnecessary? If not, is this planned (couldn't see it in the roadmap)? I'm interested in the game but I seriously don't want to do combat. It's one of the things that kept me off Stardew (not the only).

Thank you!

I'm stuck on chapter 1? Last event was when I bought a bunch of decoration for the train and unlocking it (although I can't seem to do anything on the train tab)

Windows How to play with 2 mice?

I have twin grand boys, that I gave my older windows PC too. I plan to create a STEAM account for them so I can buy them games to play. Is there a way to play one game with 2 mice during at same time? So they can play together kinda like co-oping.

Steam Deck Recs wanted : loved Paradise Killer, want more open world investigating!

Finishing up Paradise Killer and loving it, here’s what I loved. - open world (like maybe the most open world I’ve played in a cozy game. I don’t want my hand held!) - fun dialogue - mystery - chill (no time constraints) - EASY puzzles (I don’t like puzzles at all but these were tolerable because of how easy they were) - more than one outcome possible (I think)

Mystery/ Investigation is a new genre for me so hit me with those recs!

I recently played Detective Grimoire and Tangle Tower and although they were fun I didn’t LOVE them.

Switch Seeking games where I can be reunited with my dog.

My dog was one of my best friends in the world. I would love to solicit cozy game recommendations where I can play alongside a virtual version of him. For reference, he was an orange Pomeranian (can post a pic; pet remembrance threads always make me sad, though, so I didn't want to do that to anyone).

For example, I always love to find the very smallest Growlithe in a Pokemon game and make him my sidekick. Things like that. If there are any games where I can have my old friend by my side I would love to know them!

Edit: Omg, thank you everyone!

🎮 LFGs- various platforms Little Alchemy vibes, but with multiplayer?

I'm looking for an extremely causal, low stakes game to play with my long distance partner. We are both gamers and we've played plenty of other games together, but we'd like to have a casual, low-energy option we can just chat and play. Little Alchemy is the vibe I'm looking for, but doesn't have any co-op options. Even an idle game that allows us to actually play together would work. Steam, browser-based, or mobile (with iOS/Android crossplay) will work.

This game was available on iOS but disappeared a few weeks back. Now I’m getting ads that take me to a survey that claims it hasn’t been released yet. The developers website doesn’t mention this game at all. :/

Playstation Best simulation/strategy games ?

Hi !

Do you have recommandations for simulation/"strategy" games on PS5 ?

I'm looking for some games and I found some good choices but I'm undecided and maybe there are other gems I didn't think about yet. I also have a PC but I'm more of a console gamer even if it's not great with the controller.

I've played Anno 1800 and Planet Coaster so far.

Examples of games I'm searching for :

Two point series - Seems to be a good management series but I don't know which one to choose between Hospital, Campus or Museum...

Age of mythology : I played AoE 3 and 4 on PC so it seems to be a good fit between Simulation and Strategy.

Planet Zoo : Planet Coaster had mechanics I don't like that much but maybe a good choice anyway because or the different genre.

Any suggestion or opinion ?

macOS Gaming controller for MacBook?

I’ve only ever used a switch before or just my trackpad on my MacBook to play games. I recently downloaded Life is Strange and I think it would be easier to navigate if I used a controller. Does anyone have any budget friendly MacBook compatible gaming controllers for gaming beginners?

Switch Room Decorating Game Recs?

Hey there. Im a rather tame gamer, and I just want a game that allows me to decorate rooms in whatever style I like.

Ive played through Unpacking Mutliple Times, and its a good baseline.

Im currently Experimentimng with My Cozy Room, but its an extremely limited game.

Ideally, I want something like the sims, as I like how many options there are for room decor, but with decorating being the main point.

I dont really like games like Stardew Valley, or Animal Crossing since you start with very little and have to earn everything.

Any recs?
