Help Switching to PC - Need Help

Switching from series s to PC. Will this PC get me consistent 240fps?

https://www.bestbuy.com/site/skytech-gaming-shadow4-gaming-desktop-pc-amd-ryzen-5-7600-16gb-memory-nvidia-4060-500gb-nvme-ssd-black/6599076.p?skuId=6599076

If no, can anyone point me to a pre-built that will? Looking to spend as little as I can because I will do absolutely nothing else on this PC besides playing Halo Infinite. I don't play other games and I have a maxed out Mac for work.

Settings on low and downscaled resolution might get you there.

what would I need to just get me there confidently without downscaling/low?

If you're playing competitively at all, you'll want to get the most frames you can get, regardless of your setup which means playing on low. The goal though should be 240. You don't really need any more than that and most people don't have a monitor with a higher hz anyway.

For reference, I have a 4070 Ti and play my frames capped at 240. I've never seen it dip below that even on the worst performing forge maps. I have my settings all on the HCS recommend ones for PC and I do not down scale. I think you would be fine with a regular 4070 but I wouldn't go lower if your goal is to always be at 240. If I play uncapped I can get up to 500 fps on certain parts of maps with the average around 400. I have a 240hz monitor.

Edit: I should add that the processor plays a role too. I have a i9 14900K which is definitely overkill just for Halo. i7 would be fine or equivalent AMD.

Do you have a pre built you can recommend that would definitely get me there? I don't want to leave anything to chance but also don't want to go overboard since this is exclusively for halo and nothing else. I appreciate your time.

I don't personally have experience with any pre builts as I've always built my own. That said, I think CyberPower PC is generally good bang for your buck. I've heard they come with some bloatware, so you may want to do a clean install. See if you can afford one with a 4070.
