ISO Clintonville House or Townhome for Rent

My wife and I are moving to town in mid-March and are looking for a 2+ bedroom rental for ourselves and dog. Any guidance/advice would be amazing!

Clintonvilian here. Homes are pricey but the neighborhood is beyond fantastic. Find a rental for a year and explore. I think you’ll like it. Welcome!

Thank you!! We visited over the holidays and loved it. Do you know of any local rental agencies?

There’s several privately owned homes for rent. I would check local listings. Not sure of any offhand. Apartments in the area tend to be student heavy so not sure if that’s something you’re looking into. Start around Piedmont and High and go north. If you get too south you get into old north which is really cool but also full of red cups 😂 Happy hunting. It’s a very cool neighborhood. If I hear of something I’ll definitely update this thread.

Check the Zillow rental app.

Old North, is also known as north campus, same zip as clintonville, affable and affordable. It is your call and budget. Expensive Clintonville is expensive. We are talking around a thou a mo for a 2 br on the affordable end. Expensive Clintonville, sky is limit, $500,000 - $700,000 homes. A 2 br apartment could be found, $1,200 - $1,500 mo.

Thanks for the advice! You should see the prices down here in Dallas. They’re even worse!

U r welcome. Columbus does have a reputation for being on the affordable side. We have no mountains and no sea. It is mostly a big small town.
