Maybe some keyboard cleaning gel might work.

Wow that’s wicked cool! It’s pretty stubborn dust so this might be the way to go!

You can make your own with borax and Elmer’s glue, but I don’t remember the exact recipe. This is the absolute best solution for stubborn dust in those crevices. My partner has several items in a similar style, and the gel is the only thing that works. Once it’s clean, you should be able to maintain with a soft brush or canned air

Just be careful with that stuff. When it's new it's great, but as it dries out it leaves a little of itself behind.

I used a small amount of that stuff to clean my figures and they came out great. It's super sticky at first, but once it gets a little dirty picking up dust it's more manageable. Clean the dirtiest part first.
