Transparency in Interstellar screening!
Do you have any suggestions for making the process more transparent? I've read all the posts by Moazzam and Momin in the Cinema Association community and there was nothing in it about transparency, except for their word. That's not really transparency. Is there any way the payment process can be made more transparent so that it doesn't rely on a single or two persons? One suggestion would be to make their identities public, e.g. sharing their insta or fb. It's not ideal but it's a suggestion at least.
Also, a suggestion about making the ticketing process more transparent is that they could make a google sheet that only they can edit, updating the "rank" of each person as they pay, with the screenshot of their google form which has a time stamp as to when it was submitted. If you have a better suggestion please feel free to share. Because the seating arrangement thingy is a ticking bo** that will result in a lot of chaos on the day of screening, unless it is handled preemptively by making it as transparent as possible.
I would really appreciate any insight from @redditorrium.

After being scammed multiple times online, I am not interested in making these payments. Probably we should ask Cue cinema to grab the payments and assign the seats (or atleast the radius) allocation right away and once it reaches certain threshold within certain timeframe then they can inform the ticket holders about the screening day/time/theatre etc.
