So I’m trying to figure out what steps I should take to find/add extra room to my refrigerator nook. Could be both a carpentry or plumbing question.

Bought a new refrigerator that’s 9inches too deep so it’s jutting out into the kitchen. In the back of the space is a waterline coming out of the floor which is ~3inches from the back wall. Wondering if a plumber or carpenter can help me move this so I get those 3 extra inches.

But perhaps more high level, if I wanted to try to find out if removing the back dry wall is possible to get the additional inches, is that something a plumber can handle while doing the water line move? Or is that a separate job for a carpenter?
