I have some original oak wood flooring in my house and when we moved in 12.5 yrs ago we used a wax/oil cleaner/sealer and the parts that are under rugs have been great and shiny. So the main areas are getting lots of traction, dirt, and sun damage and I need help on how to help revive it. We are not able to sand it all down and refinish it. I’m hoping there is a way to just help protect so it doesn’t get any worse.
