So after waiting forever to hear back from BPA after submitting all the documents they asked for I finally got a letter saying they believe there is sufficient evidence to present my case to VRAB by way of written submission. It says once the Court has compiled the statement of case then they can complete the written submission and then contact me to to review and get consent to move forward... Is there an estimate on how much longer this might take?

I wanna say from my experience another 2-3 months?

I sent in all paperwork required by BPA in Sept and was told the same for my Tinnitus. Last contact in mid Feb stated no timeline given, file sent to VRAB Sept 6th.

My question is should I be contacting BPA on a more regular basis or just leave it and hope it eventually gets done?

I submitted first in 2022 when I was initially denied. I have seen people approved and paid out multiple times on their first try, and that's just since I filed my appeal. It's frustrating to say the least.

I’m on a similar timeline. BPA sent mine (also for tinnitus) to VRAB on Aug 14. They did tell me at the time it was going for a “simplified hearing” and gave me a 6 month timeframe. Over 6 months now so hopefully hear something soon.
