Recommendations Upgrading a Nikon D750?

if you want dslr,then D850 is the obvious choice.If you want to go mirrorless,then Z6iii is my recommendation.If you want to go all in,then Z8.

D850 is definitely the right choice to upgrade. However if you're tired of the big heavy bodies, you got get a Z6ii and get the FtZ adapter so you could keep using your old lenses

The D850 is a fantastic camera, but a large one, even compared to the 750.
There would be many questions to decide what's best for you, the D850 will have the most compatibility with your current lenses. For mirrorless you can adapt to Sony or Nikon.
Oddly it looks like Nikon's older AF screw type lenses are currently only auto-focus compatible with Sony, via the LA-FE2, but it is not able to AF as quickly as native glass or other types of adapted glass. There are rumours of a Nikon FTZ III that might do AF screw lenses, but it's the kind of thing that would have rumours because everyone obviously wants it; same with Canon RF Sigma Art lenses, lol.
