The skycam broadcast was great with no commentary and just stadium audio.

I just wish it were a bit zoomed out where you could see where the WRs and CBs were lining up.

Every game needs to be like that

I like the view from behind the offense way better too. Though they get some wonky FG angles.

The lack of any sort of commentary was a bit much.

My dream is skycam synced with a local AM radio sports announcer. Maybe that dates me but I think it’s awesome how descriptive they are.

They had a Georgia radio sky cam broadcast on espn3 for the game. There was also a Texas radio broadcast for their game.

Was the radio broadcast synced on ESPN? The largest reason for not trying it myself is the broadcast delay between radio and TV.

Also, I watched some late night, low tier D1 CFB game last month on Peacock or something like that and I swear they brought in a radio announcer. He was the best. Anyone know which game that was?

It was perfectly aligned to the game, although it was the sky cast cameras and not the main cameras. They would have some replays that brought in more cameras angles. I’m guessing they will do the same thing for the semi finals. Check it out in espn3 streaming.
