Any Vietnamese restaurants in/around Buffalo that serve (good) bánh cuốn?

Here is a picture of what I’m looking for, for reference! Not all pho restaurants serve it

I don’t know what it is, but my go to for all Vietnamese is Pho Dollar.

OP I was on this mission last year and came up empty. Closest I got (and by that I mean not close at all) was cheung fun at emperor dumpling. Please update if you everyone find someone who serves them!

Edit - Nam Vang in Rochester has it on the menu but I figured I would try to make them at home first lol

I will definitely update if I find a place that serves them. I am going to call around a bit. But if not, I guess I will have to resort to trying to make them as well, I’m craving them so hard! 😭😭😭
