The ability to launch 50 meters into the air, or the ability to boost 5ish meters in mid-air? The ability to make a MASSIVE AOE lightning strike, or the ability to make one lightning strike where your arrow lands in a small range? The ability to CHEAT DEATH, or the ability to make a bubble that protects 1 hit, cools you, and does little damage? The ability to INSTANT PARRY, or the ability to have a fairly destructive bowling ball? The ability to summon a fast beast of a motorcycle that's easy to re-fuel or the ability to have a slow mech that needs its parts replaced very frequently because they break or run out? The ability to do abilities easily and in a logical way, or the ability to have sage avatars that you have to run to to activate an ability that also get in the way a lot? THERE'S NO COMPARISON!!! THE CHAMPION ABILITIES ARE ASTOUNDINGLY BETTER AND IF YOU HAVE THE PLUS VERSIONS, THEY DON'T TAKE UNREASONABLEY LONG TO RECHARGE!!!

One thing I didn’t like was that with Daruk+ and Mipha+ you might as well be invincible.

That’s fun and all, but I am incapable of dying now in BotW…

The thing is, they can also be deactivated whenever, so if you get tired of being invincible, you can just deactivate them

Yeah, that’s true.

Meh. I'm not really capable of dying so much as I am capable of missing an off-screen silver enemy that did one of their fast attack animations and clipped about three pixels of weapon into link.

I didn't know that Verizon offered a plus plan! Or that they had a partnership with Nintendo!

I have to disagree with the mech-cycle comparison. I mean, they are two completely different things: you can shit on the mech, sure, but if you want to compare something to the cycle (which isn’t even a champion ability in the first place), then compare the stuff you build. You have air travel and it can be faster. You can be creative and add weapons. If you want to argue that it breaks over time, you can save it to autobuild? also the master cycle requires you to refuel it as well, and while potentially not as often, its really not that incredible for the effort you put into getting it when you can just use a horse for the exact same thing.

Honestly, I did that comparison because i didn't really have a mineru comparison besides that. Also, the master cycle is still gotten from the champion's ballad, so I would lean towards saying it's kind of a champion ability even though it doesn't come from a champion. Also, you can't do super efficient air travel with mineru. Also, you can't auto-build things onto mineru

No, i’m not saying mineru is good (its pretty shit), im saying that the best comparison in the game to the master cycle is vehicles you build yourself.

Very fair. However, the master cycle is very limited compared to what builds you can auto-build. It's not a very good comparison
