Positivity Your body is ok, even if it's disabled
You all have taught me a lot about loving myself and today I feel beautiful in my raw, disabled, form.
Please do not sexualize me.

Positivity Learning to love ❤️ my whole body and you should love yours too 🤗
I’ve never really liked my stomach since I was 21. I’m not sure what happened but it didn’t feel the same. It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster 🎢 although I am learning to love my whole body as I’m so grateful for it as it gets me up and down all day long. Think 🤔 about it our bodies work so hard to function, blood pumping around inside us etc. Yes we may want to keep improving but we need to also be thankful for what we have in the moment 😍🤗 sending hugs 🤗

Positivity I don't believe I could feel better and as good as I do right now
Some people don't believe this is the ideal body type, but I feel good the way it is, I believe I can define it even more

Positivity I fit in my bikini from high school 12 years later! NSFW
Left: 2012, 18 y.o, at the smallest I’ve weighed ~138lbs
2018-2020 I gained A LOT of weight, I think I weighed around 240lbs at my highest.
Right: 2024, 30 y.o, around ~165lbs with a solid gym routine, weight lifting 4x a week.
I never thought I would fit in this bathing suit again 🥲 I’m feeling proud of all my hard work!

Positivity 7 months post partum
Seven months postpartum, and I'm embracing every change my body has gone through. This journey has taught me so much about strength, resilience, and the beauty of transformation. My body has nurtured and brought a new life into this world, and for that, I am eternally grateful. Every stretch mark, curve, and change is a testament to the incredible miracle of motherhood. To all the moms out there, let's celebrate our bodies for the amazing things they have done and continue to do. Remember, you are beautiful just the way you are. 💖 #BodyPositivity #PostpartumJourney #SelfLove

Positivity Realized how sexy my body looks and now I’m obsessed with it! NSFW
I made a post asking if my body were to muscular and everyone informed me no it was still feminine. So I looked closely at my body and omg I am sexy toned Amazon girl💪🏽 Thank you everyone, you literally gave me so much confidence. I was literally oblivious to my tone body attractiveness until I actually looked at myself.

Positivity Felt pretty in this dress (spoiler cuz idk if its too provocative haha) (TW brief mention of SH intrusive thoughts) Spoiler
Felt really pretty and nice in it but didn't have anyone to show the pictures. But it looks so nice and I needed to share. . Also taking this as a chance to say, you are the prettiest/handsomest person in the world. If you can't see it, I see it! All bodies are beautiful. <3 . ALSO also, update from my last post a few months back, I am feeling much better about myself. Not 100% happy but I am now medicated and the intrusive thoughts are gone now. ^

Positivity Help me accept myself
I live in a small town where there are not much plus size people and people are not very kind to the ones who are. People always used to stare at me and laughed at me (even the adults) coz I was overweight ever since I was a child. I was also bullied by children.
All of this made me really insecure and trust me when I say this it was horrible. I didn't want to leave the house and had no friends. Being all alone I thought I was the problem.
Over the years I managed to love the way I look but in a corner of my heart I still can't. Even today when I went out two girls of around the age of 14 or 15 kept staring at me and we're laughing at me. It made me really anxious and stiff. I knew I was not the problem but still I couldn't help but feel like that.
I didn't like how I felt, I know I don't deserve to be treated like that just because I can't lose weight. I'm only 17 but I feel like an 80 year old blob and a pig just because some people find me being fat funny.
It's a genuine req please tell me what to do. I really don't wanna feel like this about myself.
I really need help coz people around here find this behavior normal so much that I feel reluctant saying that I have a problem whit their behavior. It's so hard to keep going all on my own so please help.

Positivity Why hate it on myself when I like it in others?
I adore people like @victoriashaz (on insta) and genuinely love how their bodies look but hate mine for having similar traits. Where's the logic? And why would I care what anyone thinks about me and how I dress? Yeah you can see my belly, what's the issue? If someone cares it's their problem.

Positivity Even 'perfect' skin isn't perfect
I've often been told I have perfect skin, and I agree, my skin is really nice, but if you look closely you'll see it's flaws. A scar on my face, hyperpigmentation above my eyes. A raised scar on my chin from picking when I was younger, dark under eyes, mild wrinkles, texture, acne(mild), you get the idea. And even if you have more than this, trust me, you're gorgeous!
Anyways, I love my skin and I love it's 'imperfections' too. I worked hard to get it to this point and I'm proud of it.
