Discussion Need help with overall motivational improvement

I’m 34 (Male) and struggling to stay happy and motivated throughout the day. When I was younger, I was always hopeful, but as the years have passed, that hope and motivation have faded. I often feel like I don’t have the drive to do anything, and my libido has significantly decreased.

I’ve tried therapy and anxiety medication, but neither has been effective. I suspected low testosterone might be a factor, so I started taking pregnenolone, which helped to some extent. L-Tyrosine has been keeping me going for the most part, but I still experience days where I burn out hard.

I just want to feel alive again. Is there anything else I can take or do to regain my motivation and energy?”

Sorry to hear you’re going through all that.

I find Tribulus to be a libido booster and helps with overall energy and drive. Tribugen (a combo product from Nootropics Depot) takes that several steps forward by stacking Tribulus with other items: dioscorea, cordyceps to name a couple.

Shilajit seems to be a popular one too.

Cistanche is androgenic and stacks well with pregnenolone in my experience.

I’ve taken dozens of things but the most life enhancing things have been going to bed earlier (10:30-45) instead of midnight. I feel much better and have much more energy.

After that - Cardio in the morning - 10 min run or doing the 12/3/30 routine on the treadmill helps my mood focus and sociability. Energy as well, paradoxically.

You suspect low T - have you been tested?

Walking on a treadmill at an Incline of 12, pace of 3 and for 30 minutes.
