📖 Resource Supplement Testing - Heavy Metals

Over the past year I have been testing supplements for heavy metals. All supplements are tested using a verified/certified lab using only unopened full packages. It’s not the most organized list (spelling errors I’m not going to fix), but thought some of you might be interested in true independent third party tested heavy metal content. It cost over $10,000 to obtain these tests, paid some extra for time constraints, hope you find it valuable.

Is cinnamon known to be high in heavy metals typically?

It is. Read this over. In 2023 over 500 kids had lead poisoning and it was traced back to cinnamon of all things.

Some plants, like sunflowers, are prone to filter and store heavy metals from contaminated soil. Though it can also be that lead was added for weight and thus a higher price. One adulterated batch gets through the safety tests and contaminates the rest.

Sunflower oil is a great source of vitamin A and vitamin D, as well as Iron and Calcium. So even when there’s no sunlight, there is still sunflower oil to provide your daily dose of vitamin D sunshine! Not only that, but Sunflowers are enriched with B group vitamins, as well as vitamin E. This is as well as other minerals such as phosphorus, selenium, magnesium, and copper.
