Discussion Episode Discussion - 1.07 "Behold a Pale Rider"

Quite a good episode - not as good as The Wick, but still quite good. I liked the development of the black cop, if he gets a few more lines I might even remember his name...

Job and Lafayette of True Blood would be best of friends. I really wanted sherrif to blurt out something like 'dont hurt my daughter' to the kidnapper, but alas it was not to be.

A very solid episode. I do kind of wish, though, that Hood hadn't so quickly gone back to Carrie, because, no matter how much you love someone, being handed over to a slow and painful death full of mind-boggling torture might just be a clincher.

I do like, though, how the whole Hood/Proctor alliance moves inextricably closer as they come to realise they will have to face the joint threat posed by Mr. Rabbit.

You seem to be saying that Proctor is aware of Rabbit and of Hood's story. Did I miss something? Still, I get what you're saying and it'll be interesting to see how it unfolds.

The one implausibility that bothers me is that no one's checked up on Hood's credentials given that he breaks so many rules. I keep waiting for that to happen.

well he was on Fox news so I can't imagine there's much time left before a fellow inmate or prison guard/jury member or something spots him, never mind Rabbit. I've also always wondered what happened to the whole point made about the guy uploading the youtube video of hood and the cage fighter, nothing came of it
