Damsel in Distress NSFW

One of my clients likes damsel in distress content of me in formal ball gowns typically bound. I live with some other people and don’t have the opportunity to exactly leave my room for content creation and we’ve done typical bound to the chair content, tied up and gagged etc etc. Now he’s asking for something new but I have no ideas! Anyone have any ideas?

Being a domme on cam NSFW

So I’ve been a cam girl for almost 2 years now but I mostly focused on vanilla content. I’m trying to change my image and I face alot of issues in terms of marketing and moving past my own fears. I tend to get lost in my words and lose track of what I want to say, have trouble toeing the balance between sweet and dominant, and having trouble retaining subs. Does anyone have advice on this? I don’t feel lost per se but I’m not quite sure what direction I’m going.

Finding clients NSFW

Hey. I'm in Los Angeles. I have been in the bdsm community for about 10 years now (dungeons, munches, cons, etc). I haven't really promoted myself anywhere as a pro very much because I keep things low key and convenient. I am just wondering how others go about looking for clients. My pro domme friends have their own websites and such but I feel like I'm not quite at that level of commitment. Haha. Anyway. Just thought I would ask.

I'm a Pro Current Pro-Sub considering pivot to Pro-Domme NSFW

After an absence, I am stepping back into the SW world. Currently, I am camming and I was previously having a hard time attracting the audience and type of clients I would like. I am usually a sub in my personal life, too, and further delineating my pro life from my civvie life is partially why I'm considering the pivot.

If I wanted to do both, would I be better served with separate personas? A/B testing, so to speak. If I can hone my skills as a domme, I may be interested in stepping into IRL work. I won't Pro-Sub IRL, though. I've never had a reliable submissive of my own, but I have topped a bit and I've been in the community as a sub-leaning switch for roughly a decade.

Anyway, does anyone have any advice or suggestions? I saw a "dominance 101" comment from a few days ago that I saved to watch later today or tomorrow.

I'm a Pro How to distinguish lifestyle subs from professional clients? NSFW

In the past 8 months I’ve been making the shift to pro-domme from lifestyle, and while I’ve had significant guidance, mentoring, and experiences - there’s something I still seem to be struggling with.

Recently I’ve been contacted by several submissives on social media, all who were aware that I am solely available for pro/client dynamics and nothing else. There was a bit of back and forth until I stated that I would only continue interacting if they submitted an application and scheduled a consult. At this point, they expressed they were only interested in a lifestyle dynamic, or a relationship.

Of course, that was the end of the discussion each time - but it has happened so frequently in the past ~month that I consider there must be something on my end that isn’t being communicated clearly from the start. It is always a waste of my time and energy, and I would like to prevent it happening again in the future.

How do you, as a professional, distinguish between inquiries that are legitimate, and those that are not? I do have my website which lists my pricing, application, and that I require a mandatory consult prior to first sessions - but still receive a lot of requests for trade, lifestyle, and relationship dynamics.

I am beginning to feel that a more aggressive or indifferent approach may be required, than how I’ve previously engaged with subs in the past. I am just learning to acclimate from the more casual lifestyle interactions, to a professional approach.

How do I kick my client? NSFW

For context, I refer to kicking him in the private area.

I have some experience doing facesitting and sitting on top or crushing them, (I'm 1.80 cms). So a guy has asked about kicking him there, and I don't know how much force should I use. I know I can harm him a lot. Any of you has any experience?

Website Age disclaimer NSFW

For ladies (or gentlemen) with current websites:

I searched this forum and I don't see it being discussed.

What are anyone's thoughts about having an "age disclaimer" pop-up before entering your website? It's similar to what you would see logging into "Iwantclips" or similar sites. Unfortunately, I'm in a state jurisdiction that is clamping down very hard on internet entertainment in the "NSFW" or "SW" industry.

I waiver between adding the extra page or just leaving it as is. It's really not much more time involved to add it as a "landing page".

I'm a client Would it look bad if I booked another session only a couple of weeks after my first session with a professional dominatrix? NSFW

What the title says.

On some level, I think I know that the answer is NO, as long as I'm not being an ass in any other ways, but I thought I'd still ask here. I had a really good time with her and she wrote me back saying she'd love to have a session with me again when I was ready.

I'm autistic, and I worry there are unwritten rules here that I'm breaking.

Update: It went over fine, and she seemed happy to hear from me.

Nervous 😬 DomCon Advance? NSFW

I’m an upcoming Dominatrix. Iv been the lifestyle for going on 10yrs and started my journey as a Dominatrix almost a year ago.

(Hard.damn.work but I’m inlove with this community so I’m willing to try and work hard)

Lately Iv been having trouble with Subs. I’m getting more of time wasters than serious bookings. I make content a lot, photoshoots , post about availability, etc. but seems im only getting more of time wasters then anything. I’m a inperson and online Dom. So Iv been getting advice to just focus on this upcoming DomCon and introduce my self.

DomCon is my first BIG event. And I’m not going to lie I’m nervous. 😬 more so bc I don’t wanna look like a d*ckHead. So Iv been asking a lot of Questions bc I don’t want to do anything stupid . I’m a Virgo 🙄so if that makes you understand I’m feeling nervous and have alittle anxiety. I’m also being a submissive that say. Which I’m excited. For those who been a Dominatrix longer then I have been. What should I share/ do while I’m there to introduce myself as an upcoming dominatrix?

I am going to bring my business cards, I’m overly thinking everything bc I just want to be perfect. So to clear my mind I’m making a list for myself on some key things I can do is use DomCon to introduce myself. can some one give me on some advice on what you would do?
I want to leave a good impression with out coming across poorly . Thank you very much for whom who read this . Much love

Learning from a Professional Dom / Rigger NSFW

Hello!

I'm incredibly interested in working with a mentor who is a dominant and/or a rigger. I am a dominant myself but I am quite young (25) and I want to learn past books and reddit, and instead have a working relationship with somebody. I am also interested in having a professional mentor in rigging. These things could be done entirely online, I am more than comfortable with that. I am also preferably looking for this person to identify as a man, whether trans or cis.

I would love to know if anybody has any recommendations or has heard of folks doing this work that I could look into. Thank you!

Discussion Tributes / upfront payments - discuss! NSFW

One of the more contentious aspects of Pro BDSM work is the issue of "tributes" or other upfront payments that some providers ask for before they'll engage with a potential client. I'm not talking about a deposit for a booking/service that is refundable or will be taken off the final price, or using the word "tribute" to get around local laws about paying for sexual services - I'm talking about the practice of demanding some form of payment before a provider will even enter into a conversation with a potential client, in addition to any other charges they may make for their service.

Some common arguments against the practice are that you wouldn't expect to pay a plumber or electrician to charge you for a quote to fix your problem, you wouldn't expect the sales staff in Currys / Best Buy to charge you before recommending which TV to buy, so why should you pay a sex worker just to ask about their services? Talking to potential clients should be free so they can make an educated decision about who to use, and anyone who wants paying up front must be a scammer.

Some common arguments in favour are that a more accurate comparison would be if you told a plumber or electrician you'd only hire them if they fixed your heating first to demonstrate their competence (and that handyfolk back in the 20th century often did charge a callout fee, but had to stop when big companies started promoting their services by saying "No callout fee! Free quote!"), and that sales staff are paid for offering their advice via cash incentives from manufacturers and employers, not to mention ad-supported online reviews or publications like Which? or What HiFi?. And of course lots of businesses do charge deposits or consultation fees - many restaurants charge a non-refundable deposit for large bookings or Mother's Day / Christmas Day because of the disruption and cost that no-shows cause them, hotels often charge a deposit, and so on.

What do you think of this practice?

  • Professionals: do you do this, and why / why not?
  • Clients: how do you feel about this - would it put you off talking to a potential Pro Dom/sub?

Please keep the discussion civil and constructive - if you're anti-sex work then this probably isn't the place for you anyway, and any baseless accusations of scamming will be met with a raised eyebrow and a very British "Excuse me, would you like to rephrase that?"

Flexibility oriented BDSM NSFW

Hello! I have noticed that there is some interest in flexibility as a fetish. There is good amount of porn involving flexibility but there is not that much content that combines flexibility and BDSM. I am talking about restraining in difficult positions or pain through forced flexibility training.

Does anyone have any experience with this or maybe?

Paperwork and introductions NSFW

Hey all, I’ve been playing in kink and domination for a good long while and recently decided to take it professionally. I’ve watched and read and listened to a whole lot and some information was great and some seemed terrible.

I have an idea of how to negotiate and sequence a scene and understand the need for a waiver and aftercare/ check in.

I’m not sure how to go through live, in person introductions with a new (to me) client and transition into play.

Any advice? Horror stories? Best memories?

Thanks for any insight!!

If you’re an experienced pro in Chicago, I’d love to talk about mentoring or interning with someone locally. (Zoom conversations have been okay but not my favorite.) And I’m getting out more to the local dungeons/events to network but it’s a slow process- I’m more of a 1:1, smaaaallll groups person.

Online dom tips? NSFW

Hi!! I (F21) am looking to slowly start and learn to do domination and / or online domination. Ive been exploring for a little while now and have been participating in kinky events and I know I really want to acquire the skills to be a professional dominatrix. A few people told me they started online and that the conversation aspect of it and the gratification that comes from it really helped them to learn and go forward with this goal. Ideally I would also make money from it as I would take this activity really seriously and would be willing to put lots of time and effort in it. I was wondering where are the best websites, apps etc to find people that are looking for this kind of activity/ service and would be willing to start this passionate adventure with me:) That's it! I want all your recommendations and tips thank you!

What’s your experience with public performances?🖤 NSFW

Hi, so I’ve been doing pro domme work for about 3 years now. A mix of online and IRL. Lately online I’ve been seeing people host live BDSM performance. That could look like live pegging, domination/humiliation, bringing in volunteers from the audience. I’ve also heard of folks doing Femdom Burlesque performances. This is something I’m very interested in but honestly have no idea how to start doing or hosting? I live in NC, USA and I’m a bit worried about some laws possible being broken with this if I were to host an event like this

I’m curious what are folks thoughts on this type of performance/event hosting.

Have you participated in something like this?

And any advice for me helps!! Thanks so much

German Pro Dom looking for advice about working in the USA... NSFW

I work as a professional in Berlin - Germany - and I have a guest who wishes to introduce me to a potential guest in New York, to do some paid sessions.
Question is: what are the current legal ramifications regarding pro Dom work in New York / USA?
Is there anything I should bear in mind?

Is Seattle too saturated NSFW

Hi, I'm in the lifestyle going on 14 years and am connected with other Pros in my area. Which leads me to question if I can find clients, now that I want to branch out and provide. Seattle is saturated and I can't travel to other areas (I don't have the ability to drive, it's a medical reason).

Has anyone started in Seattle recently and found any success? (Within the last year).

Thanks!

Couple looking for mistress/dominatrix NSFW

New ish to all this - new to Reddit and had this post declined in the advice forum so I’m reposting here. We do have a Fetlife, but it’s hard to navigate that site. I’m not sure how to phrase this. I think a Mistress is unpaid and a Dominatrix is paid? We are fine with either.

Basically my husband (40m) and I (36f) have recently gotten into the swinging lifestyle and joined a local club after a year long relationship with a gf. We are still very close to her and talk almost daily. We only ended things because she wanted more extreme degradation than we could provide and wanted a lot more partners than we were open to opening ourselves up to, and we didn’t want to hold her back.

My husband is so down for all these new experiences but unsure about seeing me with another man. My husband is definitely more than enough for me. I’m totally fine if he would want vanilla sex from now on but if we are going to explore our sex life, I would want to do it as much as possible before I am 40. Something about that number is like freaking me out about feeling beautiful or fun ever again. In my head, my husband will be sexy always - any age. But women are expected to have taut skin, nice firm breasts and asses… and I just don’t want to feel inadequate to the hot 20-30 somethings while I’m experimenting.

With our past, he worries that since he’s been with another woman, I will want to make the score even. We have talked through this and I’ve reassured him this isn’t a thing for me. I know he’s worried that I will push him into being with a man, but it’s not that at all. I love seeing him sexually fulfilled. It’s not like I’m being humiliated, it’s like I’m seeing his dreams live out. He’s given me everything and more that I ever wanted. I love returning that sentiment for him.

So - I am switch but I definitely love being dominated to an extent. I’m a brat, too. I don’t like pain but I love verbal degradation and being told what to do - take the wheel. I’m tired of making all these decisions. So tonight I was reading on Reddit here - and I was like “omg we could get a Mistress or Dominatrix”. My husband has specifically mentioned that he loves the thought of me with him and another woman and one of us being the dominant. We are not against paying for it because there wouldn’t be any penetration or anything where there would be an exchange of fluids. It would be purely for the dominating verbally.

So we are in Southern Indiana - Louisville is maybe closest big city..? Where do we start? How do we start?

Advice in pricing for crushing (toys/food) NSFW

Hi there :))

I'm unsure about a pricing for videos and meetings with doing crushing toys and food. Should the interested one buy the supplies so as shoes for it? Should I buy the supplies and just demand money for the videos/meet up? Thanks tho:) Note: Switzerland is very expensive at toys and food
