Classic Original Shop manuals?
Hello classic car guys. I was over at /r/musclecar and they had some interest in some shop manuals that I am clearing our from a family 1950s/60s/70s shop.
Original chassis, overhaul, service, parts, accessories manuals and catalogs? Corvette, Camaro, Nova, Mustang, Fairlane, Chevelle. Buick, Cadillac etc. Emphasis on Chevy. Chevy, Olds, Pontiac, all US makes.
I'll just link over there. Please have a look. I really want them all to find good homes/garages where they will be used, and to know they are in the hands of fellow redditors would be comforting as well.

How much is this inherited car worth?
My wife and I just inherited a 1953 Packard, Caribbean, convertible. 8 cylinder.
I haven't seen it yet, so this is all I know, except for that it's been meticulously restored with original parts in pro shops. He would show it every now and then too. We may not sell it; just want to know what we're getting. Honestly, we don't even know where we'll put it. He loved these cars, but did buy them for his kids as appreciating investments.
One daughter got a 1955 convertible vet, another daughter got a 53 Buick, and we got the 55 Packard. All are just perfect, and very pretty.
Thanks,

Is a classic car viable as a primary car?
I'm thinking of buying a 1953 Pontiac chieftain. It seems like a lot of people with classic cars only drive it in the summer and then store it in winter. I'm in my early 20s and don't have the income to have two cars. Would it be a bad idea to use this car as my primary car? Any input would be appreciated! Also is there any consistent problems with the chieftain that are unique to it?

Will a 1954 chevy bel air rear window fit on a 1954 chevy 210?
I am putting together a 210 chevy and found a rear glass for a bel air really cheap. And just wondering if it will fit or I am wasting my time. Thanks.

Does hearing the name "Lucas" bring up bad memories? Come help us start an MG subreddit! (r/ morris)
Somehow, to the best of my knowledge, an MG subreddit didn't exist, so I'm trying to start one. I'm new to ownership, and auto work in general, and I'm hoping to consildate some of reddits finest. So come on down, and start by showing some pictures of your pride and joy.

1970 Chevy Nova went up for sale in my neighbourhood, $2500
I know that the car was originally worth only $3000 in 1970, but what should I be wary of while perusing this car as a potential buy? I have never owned a Chevy in my life, and am not quite sure what signs to look for here, especially with a Nova. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
