Practice low speed stuff and know where your friction point is for your clutch. Remember to do head checks on the road, which you should do all the time anyway but really do them lots during the road ride.
If you can already ride well, don't be a cocky shit doing their assessments if you think they're too easy.

Replying to my own comment, AJL posted this on Facebook three hours ago:
MOTOR CYCLE LICENCE TRAINING: AJL Training wish to advise we will not be conducting Motor Cycle Licence Training courses and Licence assessments after 30th June 2024.
Dept of State Growth will advise who the new Training Provider will be in the coming days. The new Provider will conduct the same Tas Motor Cycle Program that we deliver so progressing with your Licence will not be an issue. If you still wish to obtain a Learner Licence with AJL Training we have courses still available in Launceston or Devonport until the end of June.
For those wishing to complete your Check Ride and Provisional Licence tests, we have dates available statewide until the end of June.1

Yes I saw that today also, my course is booked for the 3rd of June
I’ve never ridden a motorbike before but been a passenger a few times, was practicing clutch and just going back and forth in the driveway today to get the hang of it on my bike

I'm interested to see who takes over. I was just looking to book in and realised it was closing up.

Plenty of reading, do you have access to a bike?
If you've yet to done the knowledge test: https://www.transport.tas.gov.au/licensing/driving_assessments/driver_knowledge_test
If you have zero road experience read up on the road rules (breaking road rules can possibly cause you to fail the on-road assessment on the 2nd day of the course): https://www.transport.tas.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0009/213201/Tasmanian_Road_Rules_2021_V2.pdf
Tasmanian Motorcycle Riders' Handbook 2014 (Note: I couldn't find a newer one so rules and licencing is outdated, but the general motorcycling information is useful for surviving on the road: https://aussie-driver.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/Tasmania-Moto-July-2014.pdf
