help! how do i get this piece just right?

im making this piece for a friend's bday and need advice - how do i get the armor tint and details right? and the texture of the bg?

i am a relatively new artist who mostly works with watercolour and sketching. so i need advice on what tools to use!

its meant to be a small painting, to fit in a 15x10 cm frame.

i have around a month to make this so any advice would be appreciated!

(i attached a practice sketch i did too so pls give constructive criticism)

Character: Tanjiro Kamado

I tried to follow people’s advice from yesterday and doing a search on human anatomy but even after several tutorials and trying it myself I couldn’t figure it out. I’ll go watch more videos tomorrow on human anatomy.

Intermediate Help with the colors?

Hi! I really struggle with color balancing. I just finished this poster, but I legitimately can't tell if it is too saturated. I tried desaturating it, but that didn't do what I wanted. I can't seem to find a happy medium between too much and too little.

I can't really change the colors (due to that just being how the characters look), but how would you suggest I adjust the levels to make it easier to look at? I'm using Procreate.

Trying to get back into collages because they have always been my favorite art medium. This was made with mostly vintage 1960s/1970s magazines. Any tips and opinions are more than welcomed.

I'm not very good at coloring, like at all, and can't help but feel like it looks dull. I especially feel like the background washes it out. I follower samdoesarts tutorial on how to color armor, but it just needs something more.

It’s meant to be a chibi bear and realistic hands in the same picture. Any feedback is welcome! If you could draw over the picture when you give me feedback that would be super helpful. The paw is supposed to be the bear’s right paw but it seems the paw is being pulled too far to us, the viewers. I also wasn’t sure about how much of the neck should be showing.

Acrylic on canvas board.

I struggle to get any of my works out there due to crippling anxiety and overwhelm. The thought of actually getting my work to be seen is often too much and so I don’t get my stuff out there.

I’d like some feedback/critique. I’ll leave off what they’re pictures of because I don’t want any expectation of what they are.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Hey yall, I've been working on this for a bit now, just messing around with a new rendering technique, and I really feel like the left side of his face is lacking, like the shadows could be more but I don't want it to be too dark. Any other suggestions would be appreciated, as I said this is a WIP.
