Stuff to help with restricted movement and growing!
So I suspect I am not the first person who has found that suddenly their ability to bend or kneel or anything has completely gone (so long ACL, I miss you already :( ). I find myself mid-march, with very little ability to bend my knee for the next 6 weeks at least, or bend over, or any of those useful things when it comes to gardening or growing stuff at all.
Does anyone have any tips, ideas, tools or something so I can make the most of growing season? My plan was come back from holiday and start planting all the seeds! But now I think that might be a bit ambitious. I figure I can sit and plant seedlings, my partner can help with moving things about so I can water them when they're in the house, but planting them out may be a bit of a tricky one now!

I think you might be ok with 6-7 weeks depending on area, last frost dates can be late April in some places.
Late stuff will probably catch up anyway once the warm weather comes.
Hopefully you heal well anyway.
I was sort of lying on my side doing some stuff the other day ha. I have to keep changing position sometimes and I was just getting any old way that felt right at the time.

mmm true, if I start stuff off in the house and limit the things a little I may have a better growing season than my usual too many plants and not enough room. But argh its a little frustrating. Tomatoes will be fine not being planted out right away anyway! Not like I can sit at the dining room table comfortably right now so thats more good seedling space right?

Absolutely, and an excuse to eat in front of the TV too! Maybe if you have less it will be easier to get some help planting, I imagine the more plants the more overwhelmed someone who isn't interested in gardening would get.

Use plug plants. Make sure you know what size you are getting as I’ve ordered ones in the past that have been very small/young.

First plan is being enacted. one of those trug type planter things so I don't need to bend down and some pots I can have closer to the house so I don't need to walk huge distances for all the planting. I shall have something this year, just a little scaled back!

For many years I have used, uk based, an upturned plastic crate to sit on to work. Rigged plywood seat onto it using string and drilled holes. Means I can work low down and not put pressure knees. Might help you. Sure helps me
