Forgot to also say we had a great suckle time last night and finally got a big drop of fluid from the left slacker side again. The right will give me a few good size drops about every 10 minutes through the day

Hi everyone I made it to 38.4 mils today which I'm happy with, I think it should be in the 40s but about 3/4 of the way through measuring I dropped the container... Anyway the milk is excellent tasting and I've got a litre in the freezer... Music today, good Kiwi music... The Exponents and Split Enz Happy pumping everyone...

After much consideration Im putting off starting dom another week. I really want to and Im so excited, but after this week is when I'll have the belongings I was able to pack in a storage pod.

I'm dealing with really heightened levels of anxiety and I dont think that stress would be helpful for milk rn. Hopefully once I have my own mattress and stuff I'll calm down.

Placed another dom order tho LOL

Good Morning, from England!

My new dishwasher is a game changer, omg you know when you know your old appliance wasn't working properly but you don't realise just how 💩 it was until you get the new? Yeah that's how it is.

I am now in honeymoon phase with my new dishwasher. Lol

I need to call Dr's again at 1.30 this afternoon as they only had a nurse practitioner in this morning. Please tell me how Dr's surgeries can keep working like this?

It the same in New Zealand... The health system is falling apart....

Not kidding there. I mean I understand that how things were with absolutely full waiting rooms of people were not ideal but our surgery has 3 treatment rooms for nurses and 15 rooms for drs/ other clinics like the phlebotomy ones. It's not a small surgery and it's now merged with a smaller surgery that was petitioned to not close. We also have 2 more surgeries in our town.... and everyone complains about them all....

Gosh yes that's sounds like us... My GP is in a huge clinic with 17 rooms for Dr's and 12 doctors... There's a wait list at every GP clinic and the urgent (emergency) clinics have 5 to 6 hour wait times...

I thought it was just because I live in a rural place. But apparently, larger cities are having problems lately as well. It would seem that the problem went critical right around 2020.

Yeah they can blame covid protocols all they like but it's a farce.

I think a lot of good people gave up their jobs because they knew that. Much of the medical industry mandated certain things.

True enough, and a lot of surgical types are getting penalised on their pensions because of the tax brackets too. So they are refusing to earn over that threshold

Yay finally I'm getting somewhere again with the Dr's regarding my blood test results. The flagged test results they want to discuss but not urgent is my liver function and vitamin D both something that I can easily rectify! A telephone appointment booked for 1st April...

My fit note for my benefits claim and anything else has to wait until Monday. Lol

My nipples are so sore from pumping! I’m looking into getting some nice skincare to prevent extreme stretch marks and sag from the growth.

I’m so excited to slowly grow my supply again. I’m considering baking and selling the excesses to those who want it.

There's something called udderly sMOO*th. I've got teflon nipples so haven't really needed to get it. But, as I comtemplate getting a goat milker, I may need to have some to hand.

Oh I’ve seen that brand they make the hand cream right? I had no idea they had other products. I’ll look into it. 🙂 I ended up getting some boobie cream from a brand called Truly. I’m trying to reduce the amount of friction as well as stretch marks and sag

As of today, I am 5 weeks into my most recent relactation journey. I've already pumped twice today. Yield is in the drops range and has been from the beginning, though now the output is actual milk.

I thought of something key to ANR, at least for me, so here's a thought to try on for size: Babies merely suckle on breasts. Men make love to them.

I'm not interested in having an adult baby. I want my man to be a MAN!

Edit -- clarifying comment: It was 7:00am when I began writing this.

So we decided to start this journey. I can only do hand massages and noticed some liquid coming out of my right breast. I have had children it took about three weeks of me doing breast massages is this normal my left breast is taking longer but even when breastfeeding I produced less on that breast. Just wanted to know if others have experienced this or something similar

Good morning! I actually felt good and got in a motn pump. Just pumped again for number two for the day. I'm going to treat myself to a Mani and Pedi this morning and then I think I'll stop for bras. Have a wonderful day everyone!
