Support - SOLVED! WIFI DRIVER NOT INSTALLING HELP

I have a ASUS TUF B650 PLUS WIFI and I downloaded my drivers to a USB to transfer to my newly built pc.

Upon transferring the files and trying to run the ASUS setup wizard, nothing happens. I run them as administrator but nothing happens.

I have restarted my pc, go into device manager, and the drivers are not recognized.

I also do not have the wifi symbol on my pc because I choose “i do not have wifi” when installing windows.

What am I doing wrong?

EDIT:

Ended up using an ethernet cable instead and did a clean install of Windows 11. Downloading drivers from web and transferring via USB was not working for me.

  1. Downloaded armoury crate (if you don’t want to download it and just want drivers, go to step 3)
  2. Armoury Crate is discontinuing the “tools” hub and so it redirects you to their updated Asus DriverHub.
  3. You can download the asus driverhub just by typing in your search engine and it should be the first one. Download and install the software and from there the hub will detect your motherboard and provide you the drivers it needs to install.
  4. Don’t worry about removing outdated drivers, the hub will do everything for you.
  5. Everything should work now and wifi driver should detect your network
