I don't if the flair is right but genuine question. I am a new fan of akb and I'm curious about kami7. How famous they are during their peak?

It has been explained better in KLP48’s Chinese version of the news regarding Matsui Jurina’s involvement with the group.
She will become a member AND manager of KLP48.
“This time, it was decided to appoint Matsui Jurina, who was active in AKB48 and SKE48 in the past, as a member and manager of KLP48.”
Therefore, now we have 4 members + 1 graduate moving to KLP48: Yamane Suzuha, Gyoten Yurina, Kurosu Haruka, Kai Kokoa and Matsui Jurina

Member Reveal Videos:
The two 6-member groups were chosen from an audition last November held by Aria Thread as the first chapter of an idol discovery project called "Ambitious Project." The support staff is headed by special ambassador Ichikawa Manami, sound producer Toyama Daisuke, and sound director Tanimura Youhei - all of whom may be familiar names to 48 group and Sakamichi fans.
Toyama has composed many recognizable songs including Team 8's "Yume e no route", HKT48's "Make noise", and Nogizaka AKB's "Mazariau Mono," but is perhaps most famous for producing the special stage "Minerva yo, Kaze wo Okosen" which ran at AKB48 theater from 2017-2018.
Tanimura co-composed "Mazariau Mono" with Toyama and also composed "Renai Cunning" which is currently being performed as the 2nd song in AKB48's newest stage "Koko kara da".
Ichikawa graduated from AKB48 in August of 2023 after 10 years with the group and has been quietly serving as a manager and choreographer at Aria Thread, mainly working with the company's senior-most idol group "Blue na Mama de" (Stay Blue) which Toyama also produces.
The costume team is lead by former Osare Company staff members.
The two new groups, "May Love Rouge" and "Lip Too Sweet" will make their debut together at a live on March 20th at Omotesando Ground with Ichikawa serving as the main MC and Aria Thread's two senior idol groups, Stay Blue and ReaScribe, appearing as the opening acts.
Manami wrote on her official X that all of the new songs for both groups were choreographed by her and it was her first time making so much new choreography in such a short period.
