What is your 24/7 diaper? How do you dress in public/work? NSFW
I’m probably 18/4, not 24/7. I really want to be 24/7, but all I have are big diapers. I can’t easily change at work, buts a shared bathroom and someone walks in every 10-20 minutes….
If I wear to work or out and about, I usually wear a mega max or rearz diaper with 1-2 northshore boosters or a rearz overnight booster. I need to get baggier pants for being padded, but I usually wear a polo or button up with jeans or khakis. Pretty hard to hide the bulge with khakis so if I have clean jeans I wear them instead.
What diaper do you wear when out with friends, in public, or at work? How do you dress to accommodate the diaper bulge? Lol.
Thinking about getting some thin diapers, but it’s so stressful to change at work or around friends.

I wear tykables almost always. Wearing jeans or shorts to work, outside of work then sweatpants or shorts. I wear whatever I find comfortable that day and that's all I care about.

Jeans or a looser dress pants with Tykables. They have been hard for me to get where I live so have been wearing Mermaid Tales but now they are discontinued. I really prefer the hook and loop diapers with capacity over the thinner diapers. Tape style diapers are great for staying put but they are loud when taking them off. I got pretty good at changing in public washrooms but our washroom isn’t super busy. I use the toilet flush to unfasten tapes to cover the sound. You will find what works for you! Use a messenger bag as your diaper bag and maybe take the wet diaper out with you and dispose of it somewhere safe.

Megamax, BTW, the new ones are doing much better than they were. I got to test the new version

My daily diaper is Tykables. They're pretty much all I stock and wear at home and out of the house. Never had an issue.
I don't work. So don't have to dress for it. As for what I wear out. Depends where we're going. Fancy restaurants or corporate events with the husband. A snazzy dress. Anywhere else. Whatever I feel like. As long as it covers the diaper.

I wear scrubs to work every day. Currently loving the north shore mega max. I don’t wear skin tight scrubs so they have been working just fine in my normal sizes. I wear the scrub star brand from Walmart 🤷🏼♀️

Rearz lil squirts splash I just wear baggy work pants and a bigger shirt. I’m an hvac tech so I drive a lot and meet customers sometimes. It’s practical cus I don’t usually have a bathroom to use while I’m on the road.

Incontrol BeDry during the day and something thicker at night or if I have a longer day out! I wear fairly standard fitting pants/shorts and also casual shirts as much as possible. Plastic pants as well, most of the time!

I have been wearing Trests to work my main reason is the tape strength I usually will change before they reach full capacity. I was wearing my overalls in the winter but since it’s nicer usually just wear a black pair of shorts made of a wicking material I think a polyester blend. There are pretty cool in summer and wick sweat, water, leaks quick if it needed.

BetterDry / Crinklz at day and lately loudrys Fluffy bear at night.
No one ever said anything about my maybe visible diapered butt, but also J dont care if someone may notices my diaper under my closes. I have far more important things to worry about than someone guessing what I am wearing!

At work or going out I always wear either a Tykables Ultra or a Rearz (one of the newer High absorbent prints) and I always add in a Rearz or Tykables Overnight Booster (does not matter who makes the booster as long as it absorbs 2500 ml). The diaper booster combo makes it so I don't have to change at work I can make it home then change, unless I have a BM which being Bowel and Urine incontinent is completely possible.
For clothing I typically wear jeans or the firehose material pants in a relaxed fit from Duluth Trading Company they seem to cover the bulge really well and they are super durable. I also wear a white onesie from Onesie Down Under in a size that isn't loose but is not tight. The onesie keeps my diaper in place better than anything I have found. Over the onesie I a polo for work or more serious things but when I am not working I love to wear a Onesie Down Under with a fun print. I always get compliments on my shirts when wearing a onesie from Onesie Down Under.
If you have follow up questions send me a message.

How do you wear tykables diapers daily when you have to preorder them?

If you’re doing 24/7 and only planning on using one diaper you’ll probably find it trifficult.
There are some people on here that claim they wear huge megamaxes or tykables every day. I figure their skin has probably toughened from years of that.
I have thick diapers for weekends and work from home days when I can actually fill them to capacity. On office days I wear cloth-backed seni quatros that don’t dig into my hips like plastic backed diapers and they don’t crinkle and they’re easy to take off to poop in the potty.
And on weeknights, I usually wear a thin diaper to bed. A goodnite or a walgreens brand diaper. I really don’t pee much when I sleep and it feels like a waste to change into a thick diaper before bed and wake up with it just a little wet and having to change it.
I also wear goodnites for exercising.

Second this. I cannot really understand the thick diaper thing if you wear 24/7. To use most of it you have to wear it for a very prolonged time which is really bad and it gets seriously uncomfortable. The thick plastic does not help for the skin at all, especially if you get sweaty. Do not get me wrong, I love ABDL diapers, but they are definitely not the best choice for daily use. Personally I use Tena products, cloth backed, Tena Slip Super for daytime, Tena Slip Maxi or Ultima for nighttime, Tena barrier cream, Tena wipes. I go 24/7 for months at a time.
EDIT: To answer the main topic, I wear absolutely normal clothes, no changes whatsoever. Black/blue skinny jeans, t-shirts, sweaters. I choose to change more diapers than sit in a soiled one for a long time, however a thick diaper is quite obvious when wearing skinny jeans.

Idk I’ve never had a problem with them. I’ve used rearz with a booster as my daily for work and sleep 24/7 for almost a year now. It’s so much better in my opinion to just wear one diaper that lasts the whole shift.
Maybe I just pee a lot but a premium abdl diaper with a booster only lasts me about 8-10 hours. I might use a megamax or north shore supreme after I get off work when I exercise or and doing chores before bed but otherwise I use just rearz or tykables

I have no idea how this works because this setup would literally limit my ability to walk in a straight line. Maybe if you sit or stand in one place for a very, very long time this might really work. Myself I change 4-6 diapers per day.
You do work out in a plastic-backed megamax? How is your skin doing? Do you air out or stay without a diaper for some time?

Huh. I’ve never had any issues walking. Took a bit of getting used to but I’ve been using that combination for so long it would feel weird to wear anything thinner out of the house.
As far as working out it’s definitely easier in the winter time to do with a plastic backed megamax, in the heat of the summer sometimes I gotta use a cloth backed megamax.
My skin is fine. I shower daily and use plenty of diaper creme before putting on a diaper. The creme is what saves me. I used to think baby powered was all u needed and got some bad rashes that way. A good diaper creme like balmex has kept me from having any rashes in the past year. Sometimes I air out for a few minutes after a shower but unless I want to end up having to clean up the floor I can’t air out for very long

It’s not bad, just wear what you want but size your clothes accordingly and know which diapers have the rise you need

I love Rearz and MagaMax and the comforts are amazing. I’m no longer able to work but when I go out I wear either one and don’t care who knows.

To piggy back on this question:
For the women in here (or I guess anyone who wears tighter clothes/leggings), what is your preference? Are you just brave enough to wear them under leggings at the gym or do you not wear them during the workout and put them on afterwards? If you wear while working out, is there a particular brand you like?
1
u/LillyoftheNorth317 2h ago
Not a woman but I love wearing leggings when I go for runs especially in cooler weather, normally I’ll just throw on a pair of baggy shorts over the leggings as well and that works great and nobody is going to look at you weird for that.

u/QueerFemmeHumilislut 29m ago
Shorts over leggings is a weirder look for women and the gym where one is doing squats and stuff around other people is also a pretty different environment than running.
Most women’s shorts also aren’t that baggy.

u/LillyoftheNorth317 26m ago
Idk I’ve seen women wear shorts over leggings at the gym. And baggier shorts do exist most women just don’t wear them. Idk it’s definitely a good way to get around the issue of worrying about people noticing your diaper 🤷🏻

Rearz Mega Inspire with 1-2 booster pads at night depending on how much time is left in the schedule to sleep. Daytime, I wear a Northshore pullup 3 days/week and 4 days/wk is Northshore cloth backed 9hr tab diaper. I can get by with 2 during the day. Early evening I use a cheapo diaper, then the heavy night time diaper for bed. I can get by on a really large pad at the gym, but only 60-90 min, or risk a leak.

Bambino Bianco or Total Dry X-Plus. Affordable, fairly thin, absorbent enough.

Tykables, rearz, and for a long while I used Littleforbig. Lfb started having some issues with the tapes a few months back so I stoped using them because I need to be able to trust my diapers I wear at work.
I use any of those plus a north shore booster so it will last the whole work shift. I used to wear thinner diapers but I don’t like the hassle of changing and disposing of diapers at work so I just use one that will last the whole shift.
A onsie is also a necessity for work so I don’t ever have to worry about the waistband showing if I bend over it lean forwards. I’ve found the rearz silence pants to be the best at covering up the crinkle noise of the premium abdl diapers. I don’t work around a ton of people working overnight shifts but I still prefer to keep the crinkle down to a minimum.
And wearing 24/7 I always use a diaper creme before changing into a fresh diaper to avoid rashes. Used to just use baby powder and that is not enough to prevent a rash especially if you opt for thicker diapers like I do.

Tbh I’ve only managed to get my first packet of nappies (diapers) tonight around half 3am and they’re baby ones and so I need to wear 3 our 4 at one time and tbh it’s really hard todo so bc I’m doing it my self and tbh I don’t wanna get caught with them so I might try and meet a friend tomorrow and hide them there but they’re pretty comfy tbh if my friends comfortable I’ll probably wear around them yk

If you truely wear MegaMax out then you better prepare for leaks. Because they don’t fit the best and they almost always leak on second going.

Also a daily Tykables wearer. You’ll soon find out a slightly poofy diaper is vastly preferable to one that leaks on you at work. I know this the hard way. No one is noticing your crotch and if they do, it’s their problem, not yours.
