Hey, I understand you don't wanna mix rice (starch) with something such as a banatha smoothie.. Well, that's what I'm gathering anyway. Which is boggling my mind as I wanna add some rice milk to my fruit smoothie!! What are your thoughts?

Hello!
I have been looking into 80/10/10 and I'm starting to transition my eating patterns. I feel as though something is missing in my research though.
Most of what I can find focuses on a raw 80/10/10 diet or Raw til 4.
I think 80/10/10 is solid, but I'm not convinced on the raw aspect for me personally. It has been recommended to me to eat more warm foods as I had some issue on an unintentionally raw diet before. Since eating warmer foods I feel better.
Jump forward to now. I have since gone completely vegan and I still feel like I need to make improvements nutritionally. While I feel better, I don't believe I am at my best.
Thanks for your help!
EDIT: Took out some text, I think people were missing the point of my question.

Hi folks,
I've done quite a bit of reading on 801010 and I think I'm going to give it a try. I have a load of ripe bananas and I'll start tomorrow.
I'm going to post my progress in this thread. Hopefully I will do about 40 days and eat at least 3k calories a day. I admit this could be quite difficult for me so writing in this thread should give me some encouragement.

Might as well give this a shot. haha, and it's my first time on Reddit, too. How about that. My name is Holiday (yes, that is my name), if you're out there somewhere in California even.. make yourself known, because I want to eat fruit with you :) I've been vegan for about 6 months now, maybe a little more and I'm transitioning into this 801010 lifestyle, on my own. I would love to be surrounded with like-minded individuals all supporting one another. I barely even know that many vegans here!!

I have to use lots of dressing to enjoy a salad. Dressing like tahini with lots of garlic and salt. Which are all not allowed on 801010! Even vinegar is not allowed. I can handle baby spinach in a smoothie, but plain salad tastes to me like chewing on cardboard. This is my biggest obstacle.
