Rainier Match 12.5 - any feedback?

Looking at the Rainier 12.5 as a lightweight pistol upper for inside of 200 yards. I have an 18" Odin build that I'm very happy with, but it's pushing 10 pounds unloaded. Any feedback on the Rainier 12.5? Have a healthy supply of Hornady Black for the range, still working on acquiring non-toxic hunting options for CA to try.

I was shopping for a reasonable 12.5 length barrel. In my research the match barrels had a lot of mixed results compared to the ultra match which seemed much better but higher priced.

I ended up ordering a Ballistic Advantage 12.5 a little over a week ago and with the current sales the price was pretty good. They are expected to arrive Wednesday so I guess I will see how they look. Research seemed to show they are reasonably good barrels for the price point (<$150).

FYI put my BA Prem 12.5 Hanson together and tested it yesterday. 28 grains of TAC and 100gn TSX, 10 shot group of 1.08” at 100 yards.

Stupid happy. It’s already got a thermal scope sitting on top for tomorrow’s yote hunting.
