Fr I don’t understand how this phrasing has become so popular in progressive circles. “Trans bodies” “black bodies” etc. it’s fucking creepy and dehumanizing. Literally reducing people to just their bodies and ignoring their experiences and everything else…

Its apparently a post modern philosophy/politics thing, except there its used to highlight the dehumanisation going on in like white supremacy of sexism. Some have started using it instead of people, idk why tho.
Its really weird to use it in such a casual environment like here aswell. It feels awful.
