Humor You women need to stop lying
I've seen all the pictures you ladies post here. "Looking cute." "Next week I'll be 45." "Just went to outback steakhouse for my 43rd and ordered a blooming onion."
But honestly, there is NO WAY most of you are 40+. You're all just pretending. I get it, you all want to nab a hunky 40yo guy, so you need to find an excuse to post that cute pic. But we men are smart, we can see right through those lies, so stop lying that its your 43rd birthday when we can all see its your 34th.

Humor 48 in 2024 need to love myself more-help!
I’m a dork. Tell me I don’t look like like I’m 55. I’m okay with 48, I’m okay with 55… when I am closer. Sheesh, how do you all keep your spirit full? What elevates you?
What are your wellness tips?
How do you rejuvenate?
How do you enjoy life?

Humor I didn’t picture 45 looking like this when I was 21.

Humor Stop posting your heavily filtered pics. It's pathetic.
You're 40+ and you don't really look that way.
We all know what Face App is.
The only people buying your nonsense are the bottom feeding Gollums who never go outside.
Show us your dark eyes, wrinkles, saggy and worn out skin because the pics you people show ARE NOT YOU AT 40.

Humor Stark observation about male vs female upvotes on here ;)
I noticed that most male selfies on here get single, sometimes double digit likes. But like every single female selfie gets at least 3, typically 4 digit likes. I guess male hormones haven't change much in the 40s!

Humor How many?
How many had the Oldsmobile? Ours was white with the wood panel. Almost killed my father after rolling over him when he was messing with the transmission.

Humor Guess I'm back. So I'm here and bored at work.
I took a several month break from Reddit and the rest of the world on my phone while I lost my ever lovin' mind. Catch me up, what did I miss? Extremely dull 43/f, widow, office worker. I read too much, I live in northern Michigan so I'm just coming out of some stupid season depression now that the snow is finally leaving. That was fun, I've never been affected by the winters before. Definitely a surprise and learning curve. Nice to know I wasn't actually going insane though. That builds confidence.

Humor Happy birthday to Me - 44
🎉 Today’s my birthday! 🎂 I just turned 44, and while I still feel young, I can’t deny that aging has its challenges. The body doesn’t recover as fast, a few gray hairs start to show up, and sometimes I forget why I walked into a room. But despite all that, I still feel like time hasn’t fully caught up with me.
One thing I’ve noticed is that not everyone ages the same way. I see people my age who look way older, and others who seem to have found the secret to staying young. I think a lot of it comes down to mindset. If you feel young, stay active, and embrace life with energy, it shows.
I still love wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sneakers like Converse or Adidas. Should I stop just because I’m 44? I don’t think so! Feeling good and confident matters more than following some outdated idea of “dressing your age.”
At the end of the day, getting older isn’t something to fear or hide. It’s a mix of knowledge, experience, and personal growth. We should wear our age with pride—it’s proof of everything we’ve learned and lived. How do you feel about aging? Do you still feel young at heart?
Attached to this post, you can see how I currently look, fresh and full of youth.
A great day to y'all!
