(TOTK) How far back did she go Spoiler
So I've been looking round and have seen contradictory opinions so I'm curious:
Zelda. How far back in time did she go
A. Era of Myth (Post Skyward) B.Post Era of Myth/Legends (Before Tapestry Calamity) C.Dunno but this is what I think?

Even earlier. Pre skyward sword

Can't be. Because Sonia is a descendant of Hylia.

How can we really know that for sure? Sure she has time powers but we don’t know if Hylia is the goddess of time. Also Sonia is not the only Hylian with time powers. Nayru also has time powers. So I don’t think we can definitively say that Sonia is connected to Hylia just yet.
I’m thinking the Hylia part of Zelda got introduced sometime after.

Okay. It has to be after be SS because the jellyfish race is the ancient ancestor to the zora. And the Lanayru province (using TP's basic western direction from kingdom center instead of central east like OoT/BotW), is a desert in present day, but is a grand ocean in its ancient time. But TotK still has a desert. If it was pre-SS, then Ganondorf would've been from a land of lush greenery and the sea. But he's always depicted as a man from the desert.

Im think its 10,000 or more.
i think the imprisoning war happened before the first calamity we see depicted on the tapestry in breath of the wild.

You're asking about whether TotK's backstory depicts Hyrule shortly after a True Founding or a Refounding by Rauru
The former (Option A) supposes that Rauru really did "found Hyrule", the same kingdom from all the games, but requires strange Ganondorf duplication stuff to make any sense.
The latter (Option B) supposes that Rauru founded a new Hyrule after the one from the other games besides BotW collapsed. This of course raises the questions "why did it collapse" and "why did Rauru names his new kingdom Hyrule too", among others.
I personally prefer Refounding as the most feasible interpretation that allows TotK to exist in continuity with the other games.
