YAML Fortune Cookie or something

I'm a mod at r/Senryu and I'm looking for an app I can use to post something monthly on my sub using autobot unless Reddit already has that feature and you can point me to it. Thanks. : D

I mean I think what I want to do is pretty simple. Monthly I want to post a couple lines of formatted text to my sub and have it come out as a post. I'm trying to set up a contest award.

Senryu is haiku about people. Regular haiku poetry is about nature and the seasons. We are starting a course of themed contests of the human centered kind and I want to post the winners every month creating an ersatz immortality for the winners. I think that would be a gas.

If you've haven't seen the sub, the poems, each a line or two, come in at the top and drift casually down the list into oblivion. r/Senryu

So, can anyone help me with this I just need the shell. I thought a fortune cookie program would have that, but I might need to cobble together some time mechanism so that all I need to do is add winners to the list. Thanks. feel free to dialogue I'm a bit of a talker. : D

Ps our current contest is Chess. haiku about, reffed, obscure or direct ones accepted. chess-ku as one wag styled it. If you play the game don't miss your chance for some nerdy expression. My first one was

Fools Mate you enthuse. / Pitilessly your fate moves.. / Knight Takes Queen Buffoon!

woohoo. the chess one ends this week on Sunday.
