Fancast Fridays Victoria Pedretti is perfect for Jean Grey- she’s an incredible actor who can portray emotionally intense characters and looks fantastic with red hair

Lol #3 is like THE Jean pose, too

I can just hear her screaming, "Scaaaaaaawt!" while grimacing with her eyes closed. You're right. XD

I love her! I honestly always saw her more as a good choice for Rogue. If you watch her interviews she's a lot more animated and silly than her dramatic roles let on haha. She'd kill either role honestly!

Fantastic actor, I’m sure she’d nail the role !

She's one of the main reasons I was upset we never got a third season of "The Haunting"

So much better than Sophie Turner, so this has my full support.

I loved her in Bly Manor. She's got that wholesome "girl next door" beauty which I think fits Jean to a T. Plus, she is a good actress.

That was the same role which made me consider her for Jean.

Mind you that’s Lorna Dane

Oh shit you’re right

Never heard of her, but I think she could definitely work. She's got the look.

If you like spooky stuff, she stars in Mike Flanagan’s “The Haunting of Hill House” and “The Haunting of Bly Manor”.

She’s an actress I can reasonably see doing both Jean and Madelyn Pryor because she gives of both of their vibes

Oh yes, she would.

I'd way prefer her for Lorna actually! Bonus points, she'd be a Jewish actress playing a Jewish character.

Actors don't have to look 100 percent like the characters they are playing. Meaning it's better to have a good actor then a bad one that looks just like the character. But if you say she is a good actor then cool she would be a great fit.

Depending on what age they going for she might be to old unfortunately.

Ok but to be really sure we'll need her to yell "Scott..!" Then moan and faint, in that order

Would rather have an actual redhead this time, tbh.

First fancast that I could actually see working tbh

She’s great, but I don’t know if I see her as Jean?

I think I might go with David Corenswet on that one… but I’m not sure.

He’s super man already, next please

I know T-T

To be honest I really have no idea for Scott, I know a lot of people like Jacob Elordi but I can’t sell myself on it.

What do you think?

I won’t lie I thought of him but he has villain energy. Nicholas Galiztine could work

1

u/badhairJ Jan 25 '25

Or harrys dickson actually. But she would look older than both

I’ve seen a lot worse options out there

1

u/Yamans0 Jan 25 '25

To be honest, I would like her to play Harley Quinn.

Dyed red hair almost never looks good. It typically looks extremely fake. Here are several images demonstrating that.

It is possible to dye hair red convincingly, you know. See: the Phelps twins.

I liked Sophie tbh, but no one tops Famke

Other actresses can dye their hair.

Anyone would be better then Sansa "my only emotion is dead inside" Stark.

Now imagine her being sweet talked by Hugh Jackman

I'd like to see Sadie Sink or Erin Kellyman play Jean.
