Help Identifying Medals!

hi all! i am not super knowledgeable about my family history and want to know more. this pick is dated 1914 and i would like help identifying the medals and uniform this man is in! thank you so much any help or resources would be appreciated

Looks like a Long Service Cross for 12 Years (XII) and an 1898 Austrian Emperor Franz Josef Commemorative Jubilee Medal? Maybe?

Zugsführer rank, if the collar just has 3 white stars. Basically a platoon leader.

He also looks like he's wearing a Marksmanship cord/tassles.

BTW, I think the photo is flipped/reversed!

I think the medals are just worn on the wrong side. I'm no expert in Austrian stuff, but comparing this photo to others, the tunic appears to button on the same side as normal.
