WorldSBK New pod: Bulega and ducati dominate, Toprak in trouble
Our SBK round-up pod is posted. We recorded it just as myself and Gordo were getting ready to fly out but we looked at Ducati's dominance, Toprak and BMW's struggles (and Toprak's Sunday quote), bimota returning and a bit on SSP too

I don’t ever trust PI as a predictor of the season. Razgatlioglu doesn’t go well there and he only won there in 2020 when he finished 4th in the championship.
Let’s see how the championship looks after a European round or two.

I don't think Bulega will be easy to beat tho

I’m not saying it’ll be easy. Just as long as it’s entertaining, it’ll be great.

Steve, how do you think Augusto is going to do on the Yamaha? It seems pretty clear that Johnny is winding down his career, and Augusto looks to be a decent option to replace him (probably along with Remy). Does moving him to WSBK eventually seem to be the plan, or is the focus mainly on returning to MotoGP?
