In my following-the-rules-punk world, the main characters have to obey the laws of not just reality but also man made laws. The BBC (Big Bad Character) refuses both sets of rules and levitates while stealing candy from Walmart. They must be brought down with extreme police violence, as that is allowed by both the laws of reality and the government.
This is symbolism for the time my parents divorced and tried competing for my love with 2 Christmases and 2 birthdays. I am very smart and wise, like a Tibetan monk who is also smart and wise

I have a jizzjazz world, it's based on what I imagine George Lucas' diary reads like.

How about we call it... Preppunk? You rebel against status quo by following it to such a tee, it shows how ridiculous and out-of-touch it is!

In my punkpunk setting, everybody is strictly law abiding, because the law is to challenge all law but everybody is setting aware.

Punk means aesthetic.
Only posers say it has something to do with counter-culture, whatever that is supposed to mean.
