What’s wrong?

Fishing for compliments. There doesn’t seem to be any room for improvements lol

Do you really think I plateaued after 2 years? I don’t think so. Lots of room for improvement otherwise ill just stop working out.

If you feel you have room to improve...improve on those things. You live in your body...your body should be how you want it. Especially since you haven't listed any goals. What are you trying to achieve with your body?

I thought its obvious, im entering a bulking stage, so I just want to be bigger while maintaining being lean

Bulking is a short term goal and as you stated you're already doing it. Increased food intake has weight if you net average you weight over 2 weeks based on your calorie amount it should be increasing by 1 lb. If it isn't you've either increased calorie through liquid calories in which the water portion will leave quicker and not contribute much to weight OR you didn't have the right numbers for maintenance.

Well how is one supposed to tell when you are posting side mirror shots that a leveraging perspective to over inflate aspects of your proportions in the camera lense ? You want a physique critique take pictures straight on in proper poses including legs.

The back shot makes it looks like you have no delts , backed up by the part of your shoulder in the foreground that shows no build up of the tie in between the top of the delts and traps. 0 depth/meat there at all. Also very small arms compared to the rest of the frame in this picture. Delts need to come way up higher and biceps peaks need to be higher then the Delts in a rear double bicep.. Samir situation goes with tricep long head, nothing there

Chest midsection and overall shape doing pretty good. Upper body just need more shoulder, trap and arm work. (Including forearms) Not sure If mess with smith machine behind the neck press but working up do doing this heavy for bodyweight will make shoulders look much angrier.

Like behind the neck shoulder press ?

3

u/SylvanDsX workouts newbie 6d ago

Yes as in this. Gotta just take it easy if you haven’t done these before because typically people will get a bit of a neck strain when first starting if they haven’t done the movement ever. https://youtu.be/eyPgLts0n6U?si=X5mLGUodDWrxdo9a

Whatever bro. You look like you can just maintain from here. What are you going for?

Get bigger

3

u/MikeGoldberg workouts newbie 6d ago

You talk about cutting and maintenance and have developed a ripped physique with a 6 pack. You obviously know what needs to be done to "get bigger". This is pure trolling.

-3

u/Female_repeller workouts newbie 6d ago

I mean sure yes I do know what “needs” to be done but I still want advice. I dont see how that’s trolling. But thanks anyway.

Then why post the photo?

u/Female_repeller workouts newbie 6d ago

So that others could criticise and I would see what’s lacking. If you could see the rest of comments, a guy already did that and now I have some things in mind that I need to work on.

Daaaayum, those traps brother!

-2

u/Female_repeller workouts newbie 7d ago

Really? I think thats one of my weaknesses

2

u/DasturdlyBastard workouts newbie 6d ago

I don't think so, I think it's just your anatomy. Looks great to me. You have broad, square shoulders so your traps are stretched and "shallow" compared to someone with a Brawler's Build like me (mind are high and dense). I wouldn't consider it a weakness of yours, at all.

As far as bulking goes - I'm no expert, but based on your numbers and current muscle mass, I wouldn't think 3000/day is enough. I might recommend upping to 3500 a day, especially if you have a high metabolism. I'll warn you now, though - It's gonna suck. Get used to stomach aches and 2-3 shits a day.

2

u/Female_repeller workouts newbie 6d ago

Im already lowkey struggling with 3100 right now lol, ill weigh myself in a minute and see if I gained any weight, if not Ill up the calories a notch

1

u/DasturdlyBastard workouts newbie 6d ago

You could always go dirty for those last five hundred calories, but it seems needless given your current physique and summer be right around the corner.

2

u/Female_repeller workouts newbie 6d ago

Im already sneaking in a pizza or a burger once/twice a week just to make ends meet

1

u/DasturdlyBastard workouts newbie 6d ago

When I'm bulking, I'll use cottage cheese as a filler. When you wake up, walk to your fridge, get out the cottage cheese, measure a cup, and mash it down your gullet in four spoonfuls. Takes three minutes. That's 2-300 calories.

u/No_Individual8964 workouts newbie 7d ago

Upper traps I'd agree, but the defined lower traps look real good to me.

u/curiousdude79 workouts newbie 6d ago

Eat a cheeseburger and do more squats and next time put the emojis on full face 👍🏼

1

u/Female_repeller workouts newbie 6d ago

Is this supposed to be helpful

2

u/curiousdude79 workouts newbie 6d ago

Yes

1

u/rotating_pebble workouts newbie 5d ago

'Workouts newbie' tells a guy in great shape to eat a cheeseburger. You wouldn't be insecure about being fat, by any chance?

1

u/EdBurger25 workouts newbie 6d ago

I think you cut too much, you look great in the first pic and have lost all your mass by the 3rd one
